Learn To Heal

Your Personal Guide to Self Discovery

Have you ever noticed that you self-sabotage? Or have you ever felt that your boundaries have been crossed, but you have a hard time communicating that? You are not alone. In this episode,  my guest Dr. Nicole LePera shares valuable wisdom about how we can begin to heal. She teaches us why we are prone to self-sabotage, how healing mental wounds affects the nervous system, why so many of us believe we aren’t lovable, what happens when we abandon ourselves and our boundaries, and so much more!

Dr. Nicole LePera was trained in clinical psychology at Cornell University and the New School for Social Research. She also studied at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. As a clinical psychologist in private practice, Dr. Nicole LePera often found herself frustrated by the limitations of traditional psychotherapy. Wanting more for her patients— and for self— she began a journey to develop a united philosophy of mental, physical, and spiritual health that equips people with the tools necessary to heal themselves.

She is the creator of the #SelfHealers movement where people from around the world are joining together in a community to take healing into their own hands. Her first book, How to Do the Work, has resonated within the community and Dr. Nicole is currently working on a new book launch. I am excited for you to hear what the incredible Dr. Nicole LePera has to share.

And now, let’s jump right into Episode 1,358 of The School of Greatness!

  • What happens if we neglect the inner child inside of us that still has wounds?
