We don’t normally go throughout the day thinking about our breath, but what if we did? What if we took one moment each day to just sit and breathe deep?
Friends, breathing is actually the number one way to give your mind a RESET. When youโre nervous, stressed out, feeling overwhelmed, or catching yourself overthinking something, breathing exercises can help you get back to calm and control.
When you have power over your breath, you can steer your energy. Feeling stressed? Take a moment to breathe and focus on recentering energy. Feeling angry? Take some moments to slow down and meditate while focusing on your breathing. Feeling joyful? Set aside time to really sit in gratitude and happiness and focus on your breath!
Even though breath is so powerful, it’s one of those topics that people love to over-complicate. Thatโs why I want to share with you today three very simple breathing habits and tools.
