You know the people who you can never seem to please? It’s okay to stop trying.

Be True to Yourself

Whether we like it or not, not everyone is going to like us.

Especially if we are pushing ourselves to be better, do more, and expand beyond our current limits.

It can make people around us feel uncomfortable if they’re not also trying to grow and improve.

But that doesn’t mean we should stop.

It might mean it’s time to let those people go out of our lives.

I found a pretty great metaphor that explains this and I’m talking about it in this week’s 5-Minute Friday in Episode 471.
